Our newly-built (1993) campsite "Camping Kastenhof" is ideally located at the southern end of "St. Johann im Pongau" - in the centre of Salzburg´s sports paradise "Sportwelt Amadé". It is very quiet and sunny and next to the river Salzach. … The cycleway "Tauernradweg" goes along the river. We provide an area for your tents with a comfortable log cabin as well as the opportunity of grilling. The centre of St. Johann is only 1km away and easy to reach on foot. The ski-bus stop (free of charge) is also nearby. Own area for tents; barbecue area with cabin; a room to keep your skis; tumble dryer; bed and breakfast and apartments; all the groceries for breakfast are available at the campsite; another place to go shopping is 500m away; The campsite is located at the cycleway "Tauern-Radweg"; ski-bus (free of charge) stops 50m away; centrally located in the sports paradise "Sportwelt Amadé"; you can reach all skiing areas of the region within 20 minutes!
